The report is submitted to the Ministry of Environment and Urbanization Provincial Urban Transformation Directorate for approval by the licensed institution.

The Ministry approves the Earthquake Risk Report and writes on the deed.

JOINT DECISION

Flat owners prepare the building co-decision protocol with at least 2/3 majority.

DECISION IS DELIVERED

The building co-decision protocol is submitted to the Provincial Urban Transformation Directorate.

CONTRACTOR AGREEMENT
